How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of our jewelry is made to order by hand. Please allow 5-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. Ready-to-ship items typically depart within 2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom designs and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, lost items, or damage caused by improper care.
Can I request a custom design or modification?
Absolutely. We love creating unique pieces. Whether it is a slight modification to an existing design or a completely new vision, please contact our studio to start the custom consultation process.
